Description: U.V. curing varnish to be applied as an OPV with all kind of anilox systems, such as roller coater, flexo letterpress and roll to roll offset machines. It is extremely used in the web label sector, as it allows hot stamping on top of it. It can be applied via rollers and doctor blade. It is typically used on packaging and roll fed printing. It is a solvent free product, with high reactivity, fast curing, high gloss, low odour and low viscosity. It can be used inline, it is good for folding and it is pumpable.

The formed film, once it has been cured has a high level of flexibility which permits die cutting afterwards. This product allows to produce finish reserves without having a screen printing unit.

Description: High build U.V. curing varnish to be applied by flexo printing to leave heavy deposits of varnish on a variety of papers including, labelstock, foldings, papers, laminated or not, offset inks, UV flexo inks… The formed film, once it has been cured, leaves a hard deposit. This varnish is not receptive to hot stamping foils.

Description: U.V. curing varnish to be applied by roller coater of flexo unit specially designed to print on papers, cards and cardboard. High adhesion on difficult materials such as PE or PP laminates and offset inks has been obtained. The product can be overprinted or foil blocked without problems. The formed film, once it has been cured has a high level of flexibility which permits die cutting afterwards. It is also a non yellowing product that will provide a premium finish to your printed materials.

UV Varnishes Industrial
Description: High gloss U.V. curing varnish to be applied rotative pad printing or roller coater on top of PVC extruded plastic profiles. This varnish provides an excellent adhesion on PVC, very good chemical resistance and excellent surface finish, being able to provide outstanding gloss levels of over 95 at 60º with the correct application system. The varnish provides a crystal clear finish.

Description: Matt U.V. curing varnish to be applied rotative pad printing or roller coater on top of PVC extruded plastic profiles. This varnish provides an excellent adhesion on PVC, very good chemical resistance and excellent surface finish, providing matting levels of 10 to 20 at 60º with the correct application system. The film formed is transparent, without modifying the color.

Description: Super matt U.V. curing varnish to be applied rotative pad printing or roller coater on top of PVC extruded plastic profiles. This varnish provides an excellent adhesion on PVC, very good chemical resistance and excellent surface finish, providing matting levels of 6 to 10 at 60º with the correct application system. The film formed is transparent, without modifying the color. It has excellent curing performance.

Description: U.V. curing varnish for screen printing application that contains suspended elements that provide a unique and very identifiable surface finish The film formed has a good hardness and a level of flexibility greater than many of the varnishes on the market. It has a good adhesion on a high number of materials, being specially designed for printing on paper, cardboard and plastic sheets used in the world of continuous labeling.
